THE
STORY

For years his body was the instrument. On the stages of Cirque du Soleil, every flip vanished the moment it landed.

ART WITH MOVEMENT is how he made the movement stay: acrobatic painting, where the flip itself puts the paint on the canvas. Every painting follows the same path, and no step of it can be repeated.

1

FIRST,
AN IDEA

Each collection starts long before any paint is opened, with one idea. What would a painting look like if a backflip made it? If desert wind finished it? If it was cut like a sword stroke?

The idea decides everything that follows: the colours, the moves, the place, and what else ends up on the canvas.

2

THEN,
ONE PLACE

The idea goes looking for the place where it belongs. A Toronto overpass. The dunes outside Dubai. The finca where he grew up. A tatami in Buffalo.

The canvases are set up there because the place is not a backdrop. Its ground, its light and its weather are part of the painting.

3

ONE TAKE,
NEVER AGAIN

The performance happens once, on camera, with no brush and no second attempt. Nothing is retouched afterwards.

That light, that wind and that body on that day will never line up again. A painting like this can't be replicated, only collected. The film of the session travels with it as proof.

4

NOT ONLY
PAINT

Paint is one material among several. The rest comes from the place and the body: sand, coffee and sugar thrown into the wet paint in the Dubai desert, feet dipped in paint and landed over the canvas in Loner, paint dense enough to keep its shape in Mojácar, canvases built to fold in Buffalo.

Look closely at any surface and you can find the moment it was made.

THE SESSIONS

3 available, 1 sold: Milkshake No. 1, Milkshake No. 3, Milkshake No. 2, Milkshake No. 4

02

TIME BREEZE

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

The idea
Desert winds shape textures of time and memory.
The place
Three easels in the dunes at the end of the day, and one colour: the colour of the sand.

03

THE WINDOW

Béjar, Spain

The idea
A portal to love, memory and identity, from the heart of Spain.
The place
The finca where he grew up, in the town where his parents were born. One white canvas against the steel of the barn.
The moment
The most personal session of the tour: painted at home, where everything started.

1 available: The Window

04

MOJÁCAR

Mojácar, Spain

The idea
Where mountains, sea and spirit converge in texture and tone.
The place
One canvas pinned to a palm trunk on an empty road in the south of Spain.
The moment
Painted in a season when he needed space and time alone, and fell in love with this corner of the south.
The material
Denser paint than any other session, so every throw keeps its body on the canvas.

Sold out: Mojácar

05

LONER

Málaga, Spain

The idea
An intimate dance of solitude, choices and untamed expression.
The place
A private property wrapped in plastic. The canvas lies flat on a table and he flips over it.
The material
His feet. He dipped them in a small tub of paint, then jumped and flipped over the canvas so every landing splashed it.

1 available: Loner

06

BULLET RAIN

Málaga, Spain

The idea
A simpler look at life: from one moment to the next it can change in any direction, like a rain of bullets falling at random. You never know when you'll be hit.
The place
A palm in the south of Spain. Ice blue and charcoal thrown from hands, feet and a handstand.

1 available: Bullet Rain

07

BUFFALO SAMURAI

Buffalo, USA

The idea
Acrobatic mastery meets Japanese-inspired artistry in motion.
The place
A big house in Buffalo during a happy season. A tatami laid out, walls of plastic, black ink and one shot of pink.
The moment
The hardest flips of any session, until the paint on the tatami started making him slip.
The material
A new format: tall 9:16 canvases taped together at the back so they fold. No. 9 is three panels that fold into a triangle; No. 10 is two that fold as a pair.

2 available: Buffalo Samurai No. 9, Buffalo Samurai No. 10
